 1.How do I place an order?


Placing an order is easy! Simply browse through our website, select the items you want, choose your preferred options (like color or size), and click "Add to Cart." Once you're ready, proceed to checkout to complete your order.

 

2. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

We understand that mistakes can happen! You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. Please send us an email within 30 minutes to trendzvibes@outlook.com to cancel your order. Unfortunately, after 30 minutes, we are unable to make any cancellations as your order will be processed for shipment. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase to ensure everything is correct.

 

3. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we are shipping to Canada and USA only. If you have specific question about any other country, feel free to ask ! Please note that for shipments to Canada, the international shipping fees will apply, and any applicable customs duties or taxes will be the buyer’s responsibility. Be sure to check with your local customs office for more information on any additional charges that may apply.

 

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery times is usually 7-14 days, however it may vary depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you tracking details so you can monitor the delivery progress. Please be aware depending on where you are located, few orders can take longer but we promise to get your item(s) to you as fast as we can!

 

5. What do I do if my order is damaged ?


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.


7. Can I make changes to my shipping address after placing an order?


Once your order is processed, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct before confirming your order. If you notice an error immediately after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist.
